Spellbound Creative offer a unique method of design execution which utilises an online project management system. We store all files online once complete so you have access to all of your files (including working files). We do not believe in charging a client once a job is complete for the working file to be complete. Once it is paid for - you own it. This is how it should be.

As a client of Spellbound Creative, you will be assigned your own portal for online communication with us. On this system, you will be able to:

• List new projects
• See up to date progress on current work
• See logs of all time spent
• Upload files for use on projects rather than clogging up email
• Assign projects to members of your team relevant to projects
• Set milestones for large projects

This online portal is purely for our large volume clients as a method of cutting down the clutter of email and long telephone calls yet is easy to use.
